Sourdough Discard Crackers are a simple and delicious way to use up leftover sourdough starter. Crispy, flavorful, and easy to make, these crackers can be customized with herbs, seeds, or spices for a snack that’s perfect on its own or paired with cheese and dips. Using sourdough discard not only reduces waste but also adds a subtle tang and depth of flavor that makes these crackers irresistible.

Ingredients:
- 2c sourdough starter
- 1/2t salt
- 1T parsley
- oil, for drizzling
How to make Sourdough Discard Crackers
Preheat the oven to 425. If you are using a cast iron baking dish, make sure to preheat it as well.
Drizzle the oil all over the bottom of your baking dish and dump the sourdough starter in. Spread it around as thin as possible with a spatula.
Drizzle some more oil on top and season with salt and parsley.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the baking dish from the oven and flip the cracker dough. Cut it into squares and season again.
Bake for another 10 minutes or until crackers are lightly toasted and crunchy.
Remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
