BBQ chicken nachos are the perfect mix of smoky, savory, and cheesy goodness. Ingredients
- A bag of organic tortilla chips
- 10oz block of cheddar cheese
- 1c of homemade rotisserie chicken
- Bbq sauce
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Jalapeno slices, optional
How to make BBQ Chicken Nachos
Preheat the oven to 350. Preheat the cast iron as well, if that’s what you are using.
Shred the cheese.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Open the tortilla chips and add several handfuls, enough to cover the sheet.
Sprinkle on the cheese, chicken, and seasonings generously.
Add the jalapeno slices, if desired, and drizzle on the bbq sauce.
Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese melts and starts to brown.
Serve immediately with more bbq sauce, sour cream, guacamole.
